Interactive menus + recordings

We will configure an interactive menu with a personalized greeting for your company. Voice recordings will be prepared using Text-To-Speech technology. If you want recordings prepared by a voiceover use the additional services ▸.

Any number of numbers

You can connect any number of cell phones to our service. If you have several employees, on each of their phones, you can set your new smart mail to take over the call whenever someone doesn't answer their cell phone.

SMS notifications

SMS notifications in case of missed calls, contact registration or other actions selected in the interactive menu. Our system sends SMS notifications to both you and your customers. The subscription price includes 100 notifications / month. You can always buy more if it is not enough. additional services ▸

Callback option

In the interactive menu, the option "Press #0 [zero] if you want us to call you back as soon as possible" is available. Each such call is registered in the list of numbers to call back, in addition to which the caller will receive an SMS message from us with information about the call registration.

One virtual number

In addition, you will receive from us one Polish or English virtual landline number with an interactive menu. You can put it on your business cards or your company website as an office number. Call list report

Each incoming call can be recorded in a special database integrated with Facebook. This allows you to make a Facebook ad campaign at any time, which will display ads to callers or to people who have similar characteristics to those who have already called you.

Preparation of voice recordings by the speaker

As a basic service, recordings for interactive voice menus are made using text-to-speech technology. You can order recordings prepared by a professional voiceover artist. The price includes uploading them to the IPG™ system.

If you need a virtual landline or mobile number that is more distinctive then you can purchase a gold / premium rate number. We will give you a choice of 10 nice numbers from which you can choose the one that suits you best.

By subscribing to the Intelligent Voicemail™ service, you have 100 SMS notifications / month available free of charge in the price of its subscription.

If you need more notifications, you can flexibly buy additional SMS packages in packs of 100.

Additional outbound call package

In the price of the basic subscription of the service you can forward calls, to any of your extension numbers. Redirection to another external number is charged and then you must purchase an "Outgoing Call Package." It also allows you to make calls from the app.

*) Outgoing calls are billed in a prepaid model. Once the package is purchased, the service is activated and outgoing calls are billed according to the applicable price list. If the account balance falls below PLN 50, an e-mail is sent with a request to recharge the account and purchase an additional package. The outgoing call package can also be used for call forwarding from IPG™ to numbers other than your internal SIP numbers. You can recharge your account with any multiple of PLN 200. The validity period of the funds on the customer's account is 12 months from the date of purchase.
